STEP 1 OF 4
Keep helping the person at your counter. With missed-call forwarding set up, the next caller can leave a message and get help by text.
No booking yet
Fictional customer, price and time. These buttons only change the example. They do not send messages or book a visit.
THE RIGHT HELP FOR THE REQUEST
“What do winter tires cost for my car?”
ROLL-E helps find the tire size, shares the options you have priced, and offers open times. The catalog and chat use the same price rules.
Prices come from your approved list. Automatic supplier stock checks are not connected today.
FITS A REAL SHOP
We check your phone, prices and schedule with you before switching anything on.
Your team still answers the phone. Forward missed, busy or after-hours calls to ROLL-E, once tested with your phone provider.
Start with TireDonkey times and a text and email to your counter. Staff add them to your shop schedule.
Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 can be set up with you. Each needs your permission and a test booking first.
Bookings cannot go straight into your shop software yet. We check your exact system before promising a connection.
Your shop portal shows conversations, appointments and counter notes. Your team can read the details, then contact the customer directly.
The portal is read-only. Monday reports use your weekly invoice exports to show matched work, not just bookings.

Regular price: $500 every 4 weeks.
First charge: day 15. Then every 28 days.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Plain answers about what works today.
Yes. Your shop keeps its number. We help you forward busy, missed or after-hours calls to ROLL-E. Your phone company must support this, and we test the forwarding before going live.
The caller hears your greeting and can leave a message. After the call ends, ROLL-E texts callers who can receive texts. Landline callers get a callback note for your team instead. Hidden numbers cannot get a text. Phone and text delivery can be delayed.
ROLL-E helps by text after a missed call. It plays a greeting and takes a voicemail. It does not carry on a live voice conversation. It also answers customer texts and website chat.
You do. We load your approved prices, hours and booking rules. ROLL-E uses those prices and open times. If a price is missing, it asks your team to follow up. It cannot approve a discount or diagnose a vehicle.
Your team gets booking and callback notes by text and email at the contacts you choose. The shop portal lets you read messages, appointments and notes. It is read-only: staff call or text the customer directly, rather than replying inside the portal. A customer can ask for a person.
You can start with your approved price list. A tire catalog is an optional setup project using suppliers you approve and your selling prices. Automatic supplier feeds are not connected yet. We need supplier permission, usable price data and a build before a catalog can go live.
No automatic supplier connection is ready for a live shop today. We first check what your supplier can provide, such as an approved price file or feed. The earlier catalog estimate was about three weeks after signup, with supplier approval needed first. That is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed date. We confirm the work and timing after approval and checking the data.
The website booking form supports tire installation, seasonal swaps, flat repair, tire pressure sensor service, alignment and a general service request. A time reserves a visit, not a repair price or a promise that a tire can be fixed. General repair or diagnosis requests by text go to your team for a callback. They are not a confirmed repair appointment.
TireDonkey can hold times and send the details to your counter by text and email. Staff then add them to the shop schedule. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 are other options. We need to set up your shop’s account, get your permission and test a booking first. The email for a new or moved booking includes a calendar file you can add yourself.
Bookings cannot go straight into your shop software yet. That includes systems such as GEM-CAR, Tekmetric and Shopmonkey. Until your software can be connected and tested, use TireDonkey times with counter notes, or a calendar setup we check with you. We check your exact setup with you first.
It does not guess. The customer is told the shop will follow up, and your team gets a price-needed note. Keep the approved price list up to date. Supplier stock and live availability are not automatically checked today.
We confirm your phone forwarding, prices, services, hours, booking limits and staff contacts. For website chat, your website editor adds a small script. Calendar connections need your permission. We test a call, a quote, an appointment and the counter message before your shop goes live.
The current offer includes 14 free days. Signup day is day 0, with the first charge on day 15. A card is saved through Stripe. Signup stays closed until the final agreement is approved. Contact Liiban to check the setup for your shop.
The current offer is CAD $400 every four weeks for the first 10 founding shops, then CAD $500 every four weeks. There is no setup fee. Four weeks means 28 days, not a calendar month. Your signup page and agreement must show the final price and charge dates before you agree.
The current draft measures matched invoiced work before tax over each paid 28-day period. A booking alone does not count as a sale. You send weekly invoice exports with phone numbers and totals before tax. Work counts when the invoice phone matches a customer who spoke with ROLL-E in the previous 30 days. If the total is under $10,000, the current process needs review and a credit against the next bill. Missing exports must be supplied before the period can be checked. Final terms must be approved before signup opens.
The current draft has no minimum term. Contact us before the next renewal to stop future charges. During the trial, cancel before the first charge to pay nothing. Paid access lasts to the end of the paid period. Final cancellation and refund terms are shown in the agreement before signup.
Ask Liiban for a seasonal pause. The draft plan stops service and billing together at the end of the paid period, keeps your founding price and requires a confirmed restart. This needs manual setup today. Do not assume a pause is active until we confirm its date.
ROLL-E does not replace your staff for urgent or safety matters. It cannot diagnose a car, make up prices, check unconnected supplier stock or write into every shop system. Google and Microsoft calendars need onboarding. The examples on this page are made up; tapping them does not send a text or reserve a time.

Tell Liiban how you take calls and book work. We will check what fits before you sign up.
